NO Rain Wet

Pals, one thing I hate is to get wet. Yes, sometime its fun but other then that, I hate but not more then my high school sir[balla] its a long story, I will tell later, but still I hate to wet. SO As you knew I did what is fun to do, What if,  scientist make a suit which never get wet. DO you think it will work ?. I mean let consider a situation here.
      A lawyer  was heading towards his officer to give a presentation and it starts to rain, he got all wet plus late. Or lets see my version, He was wearing a suit which is wet proof, rain starts, but he kept on walking without any worry. So I am asking that, A wet proof suit is GOOD idea or BAD.
